1. Fry 2 large onion till brown. Add ginger, garlic & tomatos.. cook for sometime. Cool it & make paste.
2. Boil babycorns.
3. Heat oil. Add chooped boiled babycorns & mashrom. Fry for sometime.
4. Add chilli powder, garam masala & turmeric powder. Saute for sometime & add the masala paste.
5. Mix well & add some water & salt. Cook for sometime till done.
6. Add fresh cream (optional)

Its done!

1. Heat oil n add whole garam masala(cloves, peppercorns, green cardamoms, bay leave) n onion, ginger-garlic. Fry till brown
2. Add boiled-pealed baby potatos. Fry & add soaked rice.
3. Now add boiled spinach puree.
4. Add red chilli powder n turmeric powder.
5. Add small amount of jaggery & tamarind paste.
6. Add boiled water n salt.. cook till rice done.
7. Serve with fried brown onions



Method:
1. for gravy- fry onions & grind into smooth paste (it should be about 1 cup).
2. heat 2-3 tablespoon oil in pan. add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste about 1 teaspoon.
3. add chopped babycorns about 1 cup. fry for a minute.
4. now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala.
5. add tomato puree about 1 cup. saute for a minute & add fried onion puree. add some water if required.
6. add salt & cook till babycorns get soft (5-6 minutes on medium heat). Then add half cup of Fresh Cream (opt).
7. now add cutted paneer about 200 grams. cook for sometime then add chopped red-green bell peppers (opt).
8. cook for just a minute & switch off the heat.

For Coconut masala:
1 cup grated coconut, half cup onion chopped.
roast onion, coconut in a little oil.
add 1 dry red chilli, coriander seeds 1 tea-spoon, ginger & garlic 1 tea-spoon each.
Grind the mixture into fine paste.

Method :
1. Slit Bhendi (okras) & fry till crisp 
2. heat 2 tablespoon oil in another pan. add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, dry red chilli one.
3. Add coconut masala. then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala & salt. fry till oil seprates.
4. Now Add Bhendi (okra) slited & fried. Add roasted peanut powder. cook for 2 minutes.
